The dome space frame structure is connected by hollow tubes. The elements of the structure are triangular pyramid and quadrangular pyramid. The overall weight of the it is relatively light. And it has good seismic performance. How to ensure the quality of it?
1. When space frame members are beingprocessed, there must be a material certificate as well as tension test report.
2. There must be material certificates of welding materials and coating materials. The weld-ability of steel to be used must be tested.
3. There must be a conformity certificate of movable support used for dome space frame.After the erection completes, the overall size of the structure shall be checked. The inspection and acceptance records of the welded elbows must also be available.
