How We Work with
Australian Projects

Our proven workflow ensures smooth coordination with Australian engineers, accurate material substitution, and reliable fabrication delivery.

AU Engineer

Strength-equivalent substitution for AU specs · CN supply

HDG Primary
Protection

Primary anti-corrosion for AU coast & humidity

SGS Inspection

HDG components

Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG)
- Primary Protection

Our primary corrosion protection method for gas station canopy steelwork—especially suitable for coastal and humid environments across Australia.
  • Long-Term Corrosion Protection

The zinc coating bonds to the steel surface and provides durable protection, including on edges and corners where corrosion often starts.

  • Lower Life-Cycle Cost

HDG typically requires less maintenance than painted steelwork, reducing long-term upkeep and repainting interruptions.

  •  Documentation & Inspection Support

We can provide material traceability and galvanizing records on request, and support SGS inspection for appearance and dimensional checks before shipping.

SGS Third party
Inspection Supported

·Independent inspection before shipment-helping
·Australian clients verify weld quality, appearance and key dimensions with confidence.

Many Australian clients require third-party inspection prior to shipment. We support SGS inspections as part of our delivery workflow to provide an independent verification of fabrication quality and dimensional compliance.
Typical Inspection Scope
•Weld inspection (Visual / VT, and additional scope if specified)
•Visual appearance (surface condition, coating condition if applicable)
•Dimensional checks & tolerances (key dimensions against approved drawings)

How We Coordinate SGS Inspection
•Confirm inspection scope, key dimensions, and acceptance criteria
•Prepare drawings, part numbering, and inspection checkpoints (ITP)
•Arrange site access and support SGS during the inspection
•Rectify punch items and provide close-out evidence before packing
•Include SGS report in the shipping documentation package (when engaged)
