During the use of the space frame structure, if the structure is damaged, it will cause serious safety hazards and relatively high maintenance costs. There are several reasons causing the damage:
1. The space frame will be damaged if it bears a load exceeding the predetermined load. This main reason is that engineers don’t have a fine calculation of the structure load during the design process. Or It is caused by a sudden change in the climate;
2. During the use, due to the instability of the climate, the grid will undergo certain changes, such as deformation, corrosion, etc. All of above will cause the structure damaged;
3. It will cause space frame quality problem due to violation of operating process during installation and use;
4. The space frame will be deformed due to environmental temperature differences.
